If you know a Determined, Innovative, Vivacious, Achiever (D.I.V.A.) worth celebrating please submit a picture and quick summary of why and any other helpful information including website/ accomplishments/ personal traits/ personal stories/ etc. Please list NOMINATION in the subject line.
