This package is perfect for those who have a short term goal and want to have the support to accomplish this relatively quickly. This package is good for beginners getting their feet wet with coaching as it includes both phone consultation and email support, a healthy combination to support long term success.

Total of 6 sessions 40 minute coaching sessions per month via teleconference
Coaching Preparation Form to be completed prior to each session by client to identify key areas for growth to aid in customized intervention strategies/ coaching structure from Life Coach Laurie
Unlimited Email access to Laurie throughout duration of contract
Weekly Email booster shots summarizing session key points and suggested interventions and support
Customized organization assessment, strengths inventory and implementation plan. Includes worksheets for individuals/ families to complete and structured guidance on how to resolve common household struggles that prevent individuals and families from operating successfully.
